I hope this note finds you well—and maybe even surrounded by the cozy glow of a favorite scent! I’m writing today with heartfelt gratitude and an update I’ve been sitting with for quite some time.
Over the past few years, I’ve done everything I can to absorb rising supply, labor, and operating costs without increasing our wholesale and retail pricing. I’ve trimmed margins, reworked systems, and tried my very best to keep things steady—not just because I care deeply about your business, but because I care about the people behind it.
After much thought (and many spreadsheets), I’ve made the difficult decision to implement a price increase for all Illuminate Space wholesale and retail orders, effective May 27, 2025. This update ensures I can continue to create the high-quality, non-toxic home fragrance products you know and love—ethically, sustainably, and with care for your customers, your shelves, and our shared values.

Wholesale Terms & Ordering
- Wholesale Pricing: 50% off retail price of any items on our site (excluding gift cards and sale).
- Minimum Quantities: Orders must include at least 4 of the same scent/size/label.
- Order Minimum: $150 per order.
- Production Time: All items are made to order with a 2 week turnaround.
- Shipping & Delivery: Orders ship from Geneva, IL, or you can choose free pickup. We also offer free local delivery (within 25 miles) on orders over $450.
- Sales Tax: If you are re-selling your items and will collect tax, your order will be tax free. If you are not re-selling your items, we will add sales tax.
For custom label candles wholesale ordering, to ensure a smooth process and the best results, here are a few important details to keep in mind:
Custom Label Guidelines
- Design Services: I do not offer design services, which is why there’s no additional fee for custom labels. You’ll need to send a ready-to-print design that meets the following criteria:
- High-quality resolution (300dpi or higher).
- Sized correctly to fit the product’s label dimensions.
- Printing Policy: I’ll print exactly what you send, so please ensure your design is final. I’m not responsible for re-sizing or proofreading.
- Private Labeling: For safety and liability reasons, all products must include my brand information on the bottom warning label. Full private labeling is not available.
- Fragrance Customization: My pre-made custom recipes are not available for labeling. However, you’re welcome to choose from single fragrance oils or create a custom blend! If you’d like suggestions, I’m happy to help.
