Outdoor Tilly events (we travel to your location) are available March through October (weather permitting). Indoor Tilly pour parties (at our warehouse in Geneva, IL) are available year round.

Candle Pour Parties at Our Warehouse
Join us for a private, two-hour candle-pouring experience in our warehouse event space in Geneva, IL (near Kirk Road & Route 38). It’s the perfect setting to gather with friends, celebrate a special occasion, or enjoy a creative night out!
- BYO Food & Drinks – Bring your favorite sips and snacks to enjoy while you pour.
- Tilly Indoors! – Our vintage camper bar will be set up inside for the full Tilly experience.
- Make It a Party! – Bring games, music, or activities to enjoy while your candles solidify.
Mobile Candle Bar – Tilly Comes to You!
We’re happy to bring Tilly the Mobile Candle Bar to you! We currently serve locations within a 20-mile radius of Geneva, IL.
Tilly is a lovingly restored vintage camper with a hand-painted exterior and custom candle bar built inside. To help protect her (and ensure a smooth experience for every event), we keep mobile bookings within a 20-mile travel radius of our home base. We learned early on that longer trips can cause extra wear, tear, and unexpected challenges, so staying close helps us keep Tilly safe, reliable, and ready to glow for years to come.
If your event falls outside our travel range, we’d still love to host you at our cozy warehouse location, where you can enjoy the full candle-pouring experience indoors!

What’s Included in Every Candle Pour Experience?
Both options include our full Candle Bar setup, featuring:
✨ Hands-on guidance from our expert candle makers.
✨ Illuminate Space soy wax & materials for a high-quality pour.
✨ Premium fragrance oils, all phthalate-free and non-toxic.
✨ Pre-printed quote labels (custom options available!).
✨ Take-home candles ready 90 minutes after pouring (sprays & diffusers ready immediately).
✨ Photo op at the hand-painted mural by local artist Kailey Rorer!
2 Hour Party Package: Minimum of $300 spend of the Candle Bar Menu.
4 Hour Party Package: Minimum of $600 spend of the Candle Bar Menu.
- If you’re covering the cost for your guests, you can choose which items from the menu you’d like to offer, and we will ring you up on our register based on total products made at the end of the event.
- If guests are paying individually, I’ll bring my register, and they can choose from the menu at the event.
- If the group’s total purchases do not meet this minimum, the host (or the person booking) is responsible for covering the difference.
- Applicable Illinois sales tax will be added to the final total.
Terms and Conditions for Candle Bar Packages
Inclement Weather and Emergency Cancellations:
- Because Tilly is a vintage mobile candle bar camper, safety is our top priority when traveling to events. If there is heavy rain, storms, or high winds, Tilly may not be able to travel safely.
- In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will work with the host to choose one of the following options:
- Move the event to our indoor warehouse in Geneva, IL.
- Reschedule the event for a new date.
- Weather decisions are typically made 24 hours before the event based on the forecast and road conditions.
