This isn’t a traditional event venue, and that’s exactly what makes it special.
Our rustic warehouse has been thoughtfully transformed into a flexible maker space with multiple work areas, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to create, connect, and learn together.
If you’re looking for a polished ballroom, we probably aren’t the right fit. 🙂

Rental Rate
$50 per hour
2-hour minimum
Rental time includes both setup and cleanup. Rental includes a complimentary 15-minute grace period for packing up. Additional time beyond that will be billed in one-hour increments if it affects another booking.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for any cleaning or damage charges, if applicable.

House Rules
To help keep the space enjoyable for everyone, we ask renters to follow a few simple guidelines.
Please:
- Leave the space in the same condition you found it.
- Dispose of all trash in the dumpster provided.
- Respect neighboring businesses by keeping noise at a reasonable level during business hours.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Remove all personal belongings at the conclusion of your rental.
The following are not permitted:
- Glitter or confetti
- Spray painting
- Woodworking with large power tools
- Smoking or vaping
- Illegal activities
Storage before or after your rental is not available.
A Note About Our Space
Illuminate Space is a working creative warehouse.
The front office is fully heated and air conditioned throughout the year.
The workshop and warehouse are fully heated throughout the winter.
The workshop and warehouse are cooled during warmer months using fans and portable cooling units that circulate air from the front office. While most classes remain comfortable, these spaces are not climate controlled like a traditional banquet facility.
We think the character of the space is part of its charm, and we hope you will too!
